Blue Tags ERP (“Blue Tags”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our ERP platform, mobile applications, web dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Blue Tags ERP provides business management tools including POS integrations, inventory, sales, customers, deliveries, notifications, and reporting.

We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you use the Service:
Name, email, phone number, company name, store name, branch/location identifiers
User roles/permissions (admin, cashier, manager, etc.)
Sales invoices, returns, suspended sales
Customer records created inside your business account (name, phone, email, address)
Product catalog (names, SKUs, barcodes), stock counts, pricing, discounts, taxes
Delivery/shipping data (recipient name, phone, address, COD amount, status)
Device type, OS version, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostic logs
IP address, approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS unless enabled)
Identifiers used for security and notifications (e.g., push notification tokens)
If you connect integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, shipping, payment providers), we may process data received from those platforms such as:
Orders, customers, products, fulfillment/shipping events
Integration credentials/tokens (stored securely; see Security section)
Support messages, emails, chat messages sent to support
Logs you choose to upload for debugging
Some features may request additional data:
Notifications: device token to send alerts
NFC / Loyalty / Points: tag IDs or identifiers necessary for the feature
Camera (Scanning): barcode scanning (we do not store your camera feed)
We do not intentionally collect data from children.

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Create and manage accounts, permissions, and security controls
Sync data with connected systems (POS, e-commerce, shipping, payment gateways)
Generate reports, analytics, and performance insights

Provide the Service
